Terp Founding OG Member Onboarding Challenge: Step 2​

Earn ! Tokens and the Terp OG Founder Level 2 Badge!

The program is limited to the top 100 members and involves 3 challenges. Each challenge has a corresponding reward, for a total of ! TERPs & ! PERSY, with bonuses of ! TERP & ! PERSY.

Introducing Terp OG Founder Level 2 Second Challenge: Deploy & interact with your own DAO!​

This week, we present the Second Challenge, which qualifies you to earn ! TERP & PERSY Tokens.

  • Reward: ! TERP & PERSY
  • Challenge: Using the DAO-DAO testnet interface, create a DAO!
  • Winners: First 100 submissions - measured by the timestamp of the git commit - that pass the qualification criteria.

Instructions

Step 0​

Get some testnet tokens from the Terp Discord here

Step 1​

Navigate to the DAO-DAO web-app.

NOTE: This is a test-net deployment, you can find the real one on Juno here.

Step 2​

Connect your Wallet, & select the create button on the left column of the application

Step 3

Configure your DAO with your desired parameters, & broadcast the instantiate message to create your DAO.

Step 4

Create 3 different proposals, & 1 subDAO.

Step 5

Create a new forum post in discord, including the following data:

- Name: your-moniker
- DAO address: juno1

Step 6

  • Using the application here, create a text-based governance proposal to complete challenge-2

Title: OG Challenge 2 - <your-moniker> , <your-terp-wallet-address>, <your-DAO-address>
Description: "this is a proposal to validate my participation on the Second OG Challenge."

Terp OG Founder Level 2 Bonus (! TERP & ! PERSY )​

Bonus TERPs & PERSYs will be awarded to the community members that help us spread our vision for creating a truly open-source culture. Sharing your experience on twitter and tagging us will earn you an additional ! TERP & PERSY. Please note, this bonus is available only upon completion of the main challenge.
