Contract query console

Read surface for deployed instances. Each OpenAPI file lists GET /query/<message> first (x-priority: 1). Map x-deployments to LCD cosmwasm/wasm/v1/contract/{address}/smart.

Signed POST /execute/<message> and POST /instantiate use the same spec later. These paths are a schema for the console, not HTTP on the contract.
